Sounds like it would work , but that's an extra step requiring me to go to home depot and get a heat gun and a bag of sand lol

I just watched this video the guy uses the same bendable tubes that come on the stock intake , seems a little easier and cost effective

I also re read the intake diy and noticed It's done on an srt , now I've only opened my hood twice once to change and re align a light bulb and once to change the oil , where is the air filter in the NA or a general are for me to look ? Basically I'm asking what's different about the srt and the NA during an install
