I removed the plastic baffle/feedthroughs to maximize the cross section and used 3" silicone on the passenger side and 2.75" silicone on the driver's.
The other thing is my $20 eBay oil catch can that I modified (with a lot of work) to actually work as it should. My mods to it are in the gallery too.
I was at auto zone today and i came across some couplers and elbow pipes (before i read this reply) how large of an elbow do I need to still be able to close the hood , looks like the elbow comming off you maf is quite large of course I could be mistaken
