I don't see a problem with the MAF sensor no more than it will be pressurized. Definitely do a wide band A/F. Generally, OEM’s like to flood gas into the engine mostly for a safety net. It’s not uncommon to see 11:1 A/F ratio but I’m not that familiar with foreign cars. Under WOT you can live with about 13/1 AFR but I always shoot for 12.7/1 for max power. Amazingly, running the engine on the fat side doesn’t hurt performance that much. I very anxious to see how this all plays out.
