Secured creditors have first dibs on any assets, suppliers, employees and customers are at the bottom of the list and are not likely to see a dime.

Company owners on the verge of bankruptcy tend to filter all the available cash into their own pockets and transfer assets to someone else if they can. I have seen bankrupt company owners come out with no losses, while customers, suppliers and employees get screwed royally.


That's how it is in Canada and I'm sure the US way is not much different.


Tighed1's car is probably sitting in the sun with the parts in the trunk or spread all over.

Tighed1 has not posted since the end of October and visited three days before Xmas.
