That was one of the first series, wrong length...........
Sorry but that picture does not show the problem.
RMADERMANs picture shows the problem of the 181 pulleys back in the day.
Who ever made them made an error.
If the drawing was wrong the designer had no clue what he was doing.
Sometimes people see a buck to be made and jump in with both feet without thinking.
