Just a thought, but why not pay the extra three percent charge for protection? Paypal is most-often on the buyer's side (even when they shouldn't be). Getting the funds back would likely have been easier and you'd have better legal recourse if you chose to persue. Of course hindsight is 20/20 as they say.
I have read far too many instances where PayPal decided a case that seemed to be supported only by the member who generated the most $ for them. If you have only one i not dotted, PP has a reason to rule against you. Just my experience of seeing far to many get taken then turn to PP and get screwed again thinking they are safe.
