Thank you to all the good guys giving me good information, today I have taken the IP pump off the car, I took the pump apart, it all looks good but the carbon brushes wore off, I have taken brushes from some wiper motor and made them fit in, closed the pump test it on a bench, instaled in the car, now the car has all the power I need, after changing all fluids, and bleeding the brakes it is ready to go. again, thanks guys.
