Smile New guy on the block

Hi All, I am new in this forum,

No 1. looking for help in diagnostic intermitted loss of "pep" while driving, but then it picks up again with full power, when it happened it feel like there is no supercharge, like regular car, no misfire, but definitely no power. I am sure there is info about it in this forum, but where can I find it?

No 2. Where can I find technical repair manual, preferable on a CD ?

Thanks
2005 RST6 40k nice blue.

search is a great tool, just learn the key words. Also I would recomend changing your signature from RST6 to SRT6

1. Your problem is more than likely a bad intercoolr pump. It is located at the passanger side front bottom corner. First check that there is power to the pump and if there is, then it is probably the pump. Same problem happened to me. The supercharger has an electric clutch that disengages if the coolant in the IC system gets too hot. Also look into an IC seperate kit from needwings.com

2. Look at the top of this section of threads. Here is a link in this site to numerous .pdf that you can download. https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ollection.html

Welcome from a fellow SRT6 owner!

-Pump is most certainly the culprit. In addition to a few tools, pack a beer or three. Goes much smoother.

Thank you to all the good guys giving me good information, today I have taken the IP pump off the car, I took the pump apart, it all looks good but the carbon brushes wore off, I have taken brushes from some wiper motor and made them fit in, closed the pump test it on a bench, instaled in the car, now the car has all the power I need, after changing all fluids, and bleeding the brakes it is ready to go. again, thanks guys.
