I think prices on all used cars are generally depressed in the UK at the moment, particularly for large engines (which over here is anything over 2 litres) and in the current economic climate people are scared to spend money on cars when they fear they may not have a job next month.
Add to the above some people are needing to move their cars on quickly as they need the money to live if they have lost their jobs and we end up with the prices which you are seeing, great for a buyer like me, but the flip side is last week I too was a seller and it broke my heart to sell my Mitsubishi GTO for a giveaway price too.
