It Sounds like some of the connections are cracked and intermittant. It would be good to reflow the solder connections in that module. Someone here might be able to do it for you. I could but my schedule would take at least 2 weeks of sitting around time, gots many many things going at once.

I see that you were talking about the RCM then you started talking the ECM, that confuses me, It appeared that the issue was by the 40 amp fuse area?? Wdy
