On the HID's.. they would have to be basically giving them away to make it worthwhile since you can get a warranty and new Xentec system for around 30 bucks.
Just saying..
When you are stuck out in the middle of the Pacific on Guam, I imagine you will try most anything before ordering replacements.
Probably expensive and most likely take a while to get.
