You didnt mention if this was a Chrysler "Stealership". I do not take my Crossfire to the Chrysler Stealerships because the technicians are idiots. The vehicle is basically a Mercedes, so take it into a reputable Mercedes repair shop. Shop around and ask questions. I found a great mechanic that works on my wife's Volvo. His shop only deals with imports. I was taking my wife to pick up her car in my Crossfire, when I pulled in...I was surrounded by all the mechanics in his shop! They had all kinds of questions for me, instead of the other way around. A few of their customers drive Mercedes SLK320's which are an exact duplicate of our cars. My car was the first they've seen.

My advise..steer clear of the Chrysler stealerships. You're driving a Mercedes in Chrysler clothing.
