Not to bad, I guess.

Wondering when they put it on the computer, if they will see those codes that was listed on my receipt.....that had them change out the ABS Module?
I would get that in writing from the stealership.

Last time they told me something like that they tried to refuse reimbursement of $20 for a flat tire patch that they said they couldnt do for 2 days cause of tire size and was covered under a tire care plan from that stealership. They said I could take it down the street to les schwab then get reimbursed but because I didnt' have it in writing, I had to talk to the owner of that stealership over $20.

I think because I'm a girl, they thought I would just go away. I took my binder in with me that I have kept since 2004, of everthing that has ever been done to my car, dow to the headight bulbs. I told them that I'm the only one that drive this car, and I know what it's supose to drive like. And it still NOT right!

I think that's why the service manager and I came to this agreement. I will take it to a better shop when something is wrong, they can let Chrysler know the code, and pay them to fix it, while I have the warranty. Nice we have come to an understanding, in my favor! I'm sure they don't want me to call Chrysler....and I sure would when it comes to my car.....

Please remember one thing, anything you bring them to fix or diagnose, if the repair does not fix it, they might charge you for that. Do not tell them this or that part is responsible for the problem, so when they do that specific repair, and it is still doing this or that, they will hand you a bill that you will eventually have to pay. So bringing them a diagnosis from 'someone else' should also have the note on any repair order that this is not definitive diagnosis and that the dealer should not replace anything unless they confirm this or that is the defect or the part needed to be replaced as part of the continuing diagnosis/repair. Then you are protecting yourself from any forthcoming bill that you would have to pay, and may likely lose in any redress. These service managers and car repair places are experts in getting around paying for repairs. They will rather have the customers monies than fight a warranty company even if it is a Chrysler warranty! Just saying!

Well since my last issue, which really didn't fix my car to my liking. Here is what's happened to it now. Last week the Check Engine light came on. Then it went off, so I didn't really woryy about that. Then a few days later the BAS/ESP and the ABS light came on. Now I'm getting concered seeing two sets of light on my dash.....I got home and when I shut the car off, I heard this hissing sound under the hood on the drivers side.

Get up the next morning and my car is dead! Nothing I did, could even get a noise out of it. Had it towed to the dealer, they have had it two weeks waiting for a ABS Motor to install.'s coming into today to be installed.

Does any of this makes since? Something drained my battery all the way. Now I'm concerened that they jumped my car to move it, and I thought your not supose to jump these cars. Pulling my hair out!!!

I don't know of any problem with using jumper cables or a starting box if the battery is dead. You've owned this car since new - have you ever replaced the battery? They (the batteries) can die when you least expect it. Also, a weak battery can cause those indicator lights you mention.

Yes I did replace it. It's only about a year old. But that ABS Motor that was hot and sputtering and hissing, bust had cause the battery to drain. I just got a call from the delaer, they replaced the motor, said the battery was just fine. I'm just wondering if our cars has some safety system, that when there is some thing wrong, it does this draining of the battery, so that you can't start the car and cause more problems....Just wondering..
