Measured up the stock exhaust and the surrounding sheetmetal on the underbody and put something together in solidworks. I designed this with 2.5" up front and 3" after things merge together. I made everything as straight as I could but the part around the center diff and front driveshaft proved to be rather tough so I used the same routing as stock. This model was more or less to see where I could straighten things up and what bends could be omitted and which ones needed to stay and to get a good idea what bends I'd need to get. This file right now couldn't be used to build one and bolt it on the car but it wouldn't be too tough to correct if it was be something that was to be used for manufacturing and you noted your changes as you did things.
