i would think they most likely did change the oil. did they drop in 9 qts of mobiil 1 full synthetic? doubtful. more likely they filled it with the same oil they have in 55 gal. drums that they use on most every other car they service. pure dino bulk supply oil. add a paper filter and you get this mess. nothing to worry about. swap it out and drive it.
