I had a five year extended warranty on my '04 and it included ten no charge oil changes, I was interested if they would use Mobil1 and they did as I saw them putting it in. The '04s had a paper filter as OEM and that is what they used, but with two oil changes every 4,000 miles I figured a paper filter was OK, they used Mann filters from Mercedes boxes.
For every one of these stories I hear 10x the amount that the dealer screwed up. I am shocked your Chrysler dealer even stocked Mobile1, maybe for the new 'halo' crossfire, what a success that was LOL
Look at Grip's recent trip when he was told it was all changed and it looked like the filter was about 3 years old. Car only had like 3K miles on it and they still screwed up
