I have two other cars to use (Astra estate car for work and a Golf deisel), but the SRT is on a sorn and quite happy standing outside in the fresh air. I like to be able to use the garage for workshop. I usually start it for 5/10 mins each week to let run up to full temp and let the fan kick in. I steam cleaned it underneath when i got it as I have done with prev Crossfires and they come up well, a bit of care is needed where you point the jet and how close you get, then afterwards a quick grease around.

Hi Steve,
No I left the car covered in **** before putting it away for the winter
I assume you realise by starting your car and letting it idle will leave a load of water sitting in the exhaust?
As I'm sure you know most exhausts rot from the inside out.
Can we also give it a rest regarding what I do with MY car during the winter months!
