Replaced:
secondary air pump assembly
coolant temp sensor
two front o2 sensors
air intake temp sensor
replaced transmission quick connector

The closest thing I can find as to an engine code is ?PO54991?

Regardless... **** it; don't have to deal with them again and I can use the mechanic I trust. Myself.
