Best I can describe it was the old miniature christmas tree lights where the bulb is glass with two wires straight out, that is how this arrangement was like EXCEPT the bulb base had those two tabs that lock unto the housing while scraping along the conductor and making the connection. Just like dash cluster lamp sockets. Yeah, quite a surprise. They must have made a few different typs of housing/bulbs combinations. I am hoping the pressure connections do not oxidize and break connection. They were about 3 1/2 hours to fabricate with about 5 or 6 previous adaptations of metal and wire bent into this or that shape. Glad I found a working combination!
