The welds inside of the tubes have been ground down in all the reachable areas. I managed to get a finger on one joint they didn't reach and it's still relatively smooth with minimal intrusion into the inside of the tube. Besides the headers in the box, 2 plugs for the O2 sensor bungs, 2 short slip on collector tubes that reduce the diameter to match the stock exhaust size with clamps were included. No gaskets that I saw, I'll look again but I think I need to buy them myself.

From the pictures you will notice the driver side requires more space than the passenger side. The side with the power steering and AC hoses which will require the heat shield to be modified or removed. I plan on using some header wrap in the tubes that are closest to the heat sensitive places. I had en EGT bung welded on the passenger side while I was at it.
Good news, I have lots of work lately which is why I could afford these headers. Bad news, it's going to be difficult to find time to install them. I WILL have a dyno test performed on my car as it sits before the install. Hopefully a dyno the same day after the install. If impossible, ASAP one will be preformed. I want everyone to know the results, especially the fabricator of said headers. I have no idea what the results will be. Having already removed the cats, it seems unlikely I'll see the huge gains claimed by owners going from stock to headers without cats. I want to be surprised on the up side. Today is spend time with the wife day but when I get a chance I'll take some measurements (of the primaries etc.) for you dirty minded perverts.
