I can vouche for this.. mine came from the passenger seat area!

Okay all kidding aside.. there have actually been a couple members finding puddles of gas from a leak at the hoses there.. Definately worth while to take a look.. drop the passenger rear wheel and pop the access cover off (front wheel side of fender well) and your there with the pump, filter and hoses..
