According to Jake (US), we Canadians will be dealing with Eurocharged Canada. I contacted Mike there last week before I signed up with reference to this group buy to confirm it was OK to get in on the deal and he confirmed that our price is good. I referred him to this thread & he didn't say anything about the cable so I'm assuming we get the cable too.
Payment details haven't been shared yet - I assume they'll be forthcoming once the deal closes.
