Thanks. The Canadian office is much faster with replies. I got reply within few minutes that he will check it up and let me know. Very impressed.
On a different note they need a new webmaster. None of their online contact us forms are working. Its giving out smtp errors on both usa and Canadian sites. Hopefully someone from eurocharged is reading this.
