I went through the same thing in California. ISG is "Impartial Services Group" a third party negotiator for Chrysler. I got the 72 hour call back too. I was offered the MSRP for MSRP too. They also offered a "Buyback".
I received back every penny I spent during the 13 months I had my '04 Limited. That allowed me to buy an SRT. I found an SRT for $34,000 in Sept. '05 in Denver. I had it shipped to Cali.
I'd ask about the buyback. It's probably not information they'd volunteer unless you coerce it out of them.
If you get your money back, try finding an SRT with a couple miles on it from the mainland then have it shipped to your rock. May work out to be a decent deal. Mahalo.
