The 4 pulleys i compared it to were 3 factory SC pulleys and 1 of Rudy's "Karmen" pulleys (these were all essentially the same in this spec).

Now, I don't know if the deviation I observed (and measured) in this Eurocharged pulley is representive of the spec they are working with .... but it might explain your issue.
