There is a part missing and the whole thing needs to be replaced. That is the Schrader valve showing and that is hidden by the broken part that is missing. Take the tire to a tire shop and get the top half of the tire pressure valve, it snaps onto the sending unit inside the tire. Keep the sending unit inside the tire or you will need to get the TPMS set which is more hassle.

If you got the car from a dealer get them to fix it.
