True, I've seen a pattern of header installation = boost drop. So, in essence there's proof that they are working. Because now you're making the same HP at 2psi fewer boost... so when you bring the boost BACK up to 19psi, you should see the missing HP.
Still, I agree that it's strange that the E55 guys gain so much, without having to play the PSI shuffle. I know they have two more cylinders, but you should still be seeing ~25 RWHP... one would think.
