did you get shims (thin round metal to put between) with your pulley?just leave a small gap. It will also change after you have driven a while. mount it, 0.2mm all around, test it. take a look. if bad, re install , if good. Smile :d
I learned there are two different pulleys for the SRT. The first one EC sent me didn't mount right. The second one they sent mounted 0.2-0.3mm without any shims so I didn't use them. I probably just need to take some fishing wire and insure there is still a gap all the way around. I've driven it for a few weeks with this new pulley.
