Got a response back from Jerry on the software being available for those who already have the cable and previous tune .....

The software has been available since the initial release.

You need to call into the shop and have someone here unlock the cable.

Easiest way to let them connect to your computer is to download and run the TeamViewer QuickSupport Remote Access program. Click on this link to download ...

After you download, run the exe. Call and tell Jerry over the phone the 9 number ID and 4 number password and he will connect remotely and unlock the cable, then load the usb driver for the cable. He can even load the program for those having problems.
