The Varta battery that came as the OEM battery is available in the UK and if I lived there I would go for it. The OEM batteries were first rate. In North America I would try and find the equivalent and it would be made by Johnson Controls but the label will say something else.

Cheap batteries are not worth it, you need the lead inside, unfortunately this makes them heavy.
