Thank you for your suggestions. Both tools were in the center counsel of the car. I was able to unlock the top and cover and put top down and relock the cover. Re-initializing the hydraulic system is just a matter of pushing the top button down twice and holding it for a few seconds with the ignition on. This procedure was in the owner manual. The top works perfectly. Thanks again. George V.
