I sent the car back to the dealer today that did the work on the electric connector leak for the transmission. They say they never put a new cap on the filler with a locking pin when they added fluid. Could this be a reason for the leak thou? Seems funny to blow fluid threw a filler cap even if it was overfilled. They put dye in the system and verified it was indeed the only leaking area. after topping the fluid up .5 quarts and a new cap/pin they say its fixed. They did not charge me, probally since I blamed them for the leak when I came in. Still really worries me that it happened at all. On aother note: they say I appear to have an oil leak at the main seal and wanted me to pay for a dye test on that... I declined.
