I got to pick the car up tonight, no ABS lights or anything spoiler functions as expected and dash is back to normal. (its like they are playing a sick expensive game with me)

List of issues still occurring:

Multiple Cylinder misfire
Dome light doesn't work (haven't looked at bulbs yet)
1 fog light stays on all the time
Radio has sound come out but buttons don't work (except power) and there is no display.

I guess I will call them tomorrow and see if anything changed but I feel like they did nothing and just charged me ~$300 for 3ish hours of BS.
