The presence or absence of the navigation antenna proves nothing. The only real proof is the presence or absence of the two wires added for the nav radio by the dealer or someone else. Those wires are shown in my PDF for the nav install. Selling the nav radio would be best done with selling the antenna as well, so it may have been removed.
You wanted proof and here it is as nobody would bother removing those two wires. Any other way would be a guess.
Oh that's right.. people put nav antenna's in all the time..
