Two things:
1. Yes, with Eurocharged, Needswings CAI, and 74mm TB (I have one for sale), you will be damn comparable to an SRT4. In fact, I can tell you right now, if you get the jump out of the hole, they will not be able to catch back up to you in a "normal" street race (e.g. up to 60 or 70mph).

Long story, but I have done, probably too much street racing. My brother in law has a honda civic that is about dead even with a stock srt4 (I know because we raced a ton of times :-). Once, I raced him in my completely stock NA Crossfire, I got off the line quicker than him and he couldn't get up to me by 60mph. With the three parts above, you will be pretty dangerous to a stock SRT4.

You kind of make me want my NA Crossfire back :-) But, I just couldn't justify six cars, my GF probably wouldn't be if I keep buying cars without getting rid of something :-(

2. Only reason you would need internet is to do custom tuning with Eurocharged. They can, for I believe $100 an hour help develop a custom tune for you. Though, I think they pretty much have canned tunes for most of the mods on the NA Crossfire because there aren't too many.
