Your probably right Steve, if I don't see you at an avent this year I will make a point of stopping by, I'd love to see your new digs! did you end up putting in heat? like I said, I have lots of undergroung gas pipe if needed, I realize its probably to late, but if not your more than welcome, I have no use for it here!
