I finally got things resolved and a new top was installed yesterday (Monday). The Rep. for Chrysler was actually very pleasant even after I voiced my feelings about this being flat out wrong. I explained over and over again that we live in Louisiana, we purchased the car in Philly because No Dealers in Louisiana had a srt-6 available. I gave proof that the car was originally titled in Louisiana and it's been a low mileage 36000 garage queen since new and they offered me a new top minus a fee. I'm not happy with having to pay anything but it was allot less than a new top.
I was also told that if things change with Chrysler's policy on the top replacements I could get the payment back.
BTW the top looks exactly the same as the old one, hopefully they are using a different adhesive.
Thanks everyone for the advice and help.

How much was the fee if you don't mind me asking? Who did you talk to at Chrysler?

I'm getting the runaround from Chrysler currently. I have told them that my roadster resided in Texas for 6+ years and that there is a temporary glue job, but they won't budge until it flops out again.
