I received the ECM Friday and worked on this project a little today. Bench test confirms that the 1st ECU is toast. I will open it up later and see what I can find. The new ECU tested good. I pulled the complete file from it and it is from a '01 Silverado with a 6.0. I am going to write the entire backup 5.3 file to it and start tuning from scratch.
