Went to my local Chrysler dealer today for an oil filter. He told me he was out (on backorder) and didn't know when they would be in. I asked him what was going on. He told me he received an email from Chrysler telling him to return all the old filters for the crossfire. He then said the filter was being changed but didn't know why. Anyone experience the same routine?
