You said you replaced 3 o-rings, there are 4 o-rings on it. If you tighten it to much it can cause it to leak. Are you tightening it by hand or are you using a wrench on it? The first couple of times I changed the oil I used a filter wrench to tighten it and it would leak. I've never had it leak again after I started tightening it by hand.
