Ill try and give my journey down this path, although it wasnt for my crossfire. It is radio related. But its a bit of a long post.
About 5 months ago i began down the hunt for a radio for my H1, the truck from the factory had a monsoon single din radio with a 6 speaker amp and 2 subs. The factory radio in the truck is one of the best factory radios that ive ever used, and ive left it in since ive had the truck for 2 years now; im always a sucker to upgrade and mod stuff, so that tells ya something why i kept the factory one in. Lately ive been driving the truck more often because its very comfortable for lengthy trips and i wanted to go with a GPS navi system. However 99% of the systems are double din, and because my truck is a 10th anniversary edition it has the special wood grain dash, not something i wanted to cut up to fit a 2 din radio. So it the ideal sat on the back burner for a bit. I however had my mind set on a clarion NX702, their top of the line unit that does everything under the sun. And runs Igo Primo navi software thats one of the best out there. The head unit was avg round 1000-1200$
So a month ago, i bought myself a more economical daily driver to add to the herd; a 420SEL. Just a regular comfortable car, not "special in any way", so i could tastefully mod away
After catching up on it mechanical wize, it was time to start on the audio creature comforts. So i started to hunt around, and see what new goodies have shown up on the market. I dont know how i came across it but i found these "Eonon" units on ebay. Full multimedia radios, double din, bluetooth, navi for 240$!. There must of been a catch i tought..

. After doing a bit of research, the general consensus was that these units are pretty darn good. And the new units they released a month ago are feature packed. So for around 240$ shipped w/navi sd card; i took the risk to test it out, if i didnt like it, i didnt have much to loose.
I decided upon their G2104 unit
Eonon G2104| Car GPS | Car DVD GPS | 2 Din Car GPS DVD | Best Car GPS | Best Double Din Head Unit
It was a hard pick between the 2104 and the 2240, i prefered the 2104 because it has round knbos for vol and channel control; easer to adjust when driving and not looking at the screen or for flat buttons.
It showed up in 4 days, and i couldnt wait to bench test it.
Fired it up, and the GUI was really nice, it had all the bluetooth goodies one would expect (hands free calling, audio streaming, contacts transfers). So i poped in the included 4gb navi card, and fired up the GPS software, it seemed a bit out of date, 2011 maps, but overall it was what it was; a navi software.
I did recall reading in the past though that you could upgrade it, so i did a short browse online to see what that was about; and the whole new world it opened up. Lets just say after a bit of downlading, i am running the newest version of iGo Primo with all the maps of Canada and the US, with loads of POI's and every other feature goodie one would want in a gps navi. And its fast!!
I dont have it in the car yet, but so far this setup look very promising. My neighbour came by to check it out, and hes already ordered himslef one for his car. And when you order directly from the website, i think they give you 2 yr warranty.
Now how i think this can help you out.. These radios run windows CE6.0 in the background. However, Eonon just reased a unit called the M1, which has NFC and Miracast, which if i understand this correctly "will allow you to show whats on the screen of your android phone, on the screen of the radio"?
The units are 350~$ish, and i didnt want to spend an extra $100 for a unit from a manufacturer that i didnt know where initialy good or not, but knowing what i know now, i would of went for the M1 instead.
However they have a G1311 unit which is single din, its a older gen unit, but will still give you navi options and bluetooth if thats what your looking for.
