This is making no sense. If the fuse for the fan (Fuse 2 in the engine fuse block, the little box next to the battery) was blown, the Fan Control Module would be DEAD and the PTCM would light the radiator light on the left side of the dash due to no communication between the PTCM and FCM.

You have proven the fan motor WILL run if power is supplied to it.

We are left with the possibility that the PTCM is not commanding the fan to turn on -but the PTCM ALWAYS runs the fan at slow speed WHENEVER the A/C is turned on!

I sure would like to know what code is lighting that light.
