I was running a stacked (high boost) setup at over 90K miles with no issues. The car ran strong (11.7's) until I totaled it. I checked the compression on it a few months before I wrecked it and everything looked great. These engines are very well built and I doubt the normal modding will keep it from hitting 200K. Just keep the air/fuel in check and you'll be golden. Run it lean and all bets are off.
