I am not a believer in coincidences like this happening.
There is a simple, cheap and efficient way to correct your initial problem, you chose to ignore it and you chose not to show the dealer or whoever a printed copy of the repair. You replaced the part that you were told not to bother to replace, now after replacing a part that could have only been damaged by the mechanic doing the repair they want to replace the SKREEM, ECM and whatever is meant by the lock out kit.
If the dealer attempted to start the car and got locked out it is their problem, they should know better, get a Chrysler factory rep to look into the problem.
Where is the car now?
