For future reference, Mercedes sells a tool for the W208 CLK-Class that should work very well for the Crossfire: p/n 2088990080. Dealer price ~$20. It looks much like the Crossfire tool with the angled, thin 10-mm wrench at one end, BUT it also has the needed 6-mm hex wrench aka Allen wrench at the other end. Thus, this tool can be used conveniently for both tonneau cover lock and rear bow lock.
