Default overheating-cooling fan not working

My 2005 Crossfire overheated for some reason and blew a hole in the top of the plastic reservior. I had to replace the radiator as it crapped out, but havent got a replacement reservior yet.
Now the car is still overheating, but the temperature gauge does not rise.
Car is still overheating due to coolant being forced out of the broken reservoir..
The cooling fan does not come on but The AC compressor does come on - doesnt cool as it should though.

Any ideas?
