I'm a Service Writer at a Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Dealership and we got in a couple of used '05 Crossfire convertibles. On one of them we found that a radio **** was missing. No big deal we'll just order one. Wrong!!
Chrysler told us that we had to get a radio exchange and it would be over $1,100. I don't think so. Well to make a long story short, a Parts Manager got a hold of somebody where they assemble the radios and sweet talked this gal into sending us just the ****. She got it off the assembly line and sent it free!
So the moral of this story, is to not lose your *****!!
Wow, not only do the dealers like to screw customers, looks like Chrysler likes to screw the dealers! No wonder dealers feel so warranted screwing customers...

(ok, that is not always true...)
