Knob Job!
Okay, now that I got your attention, get your mind outa the gutter!
I'm a Service Writer at a Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Dealership and we got in a couple of used '05 Crossfire convertibles. On one of them we found that a radio **** was missing. No big deal we'll just order one. Wrong!!
Chrysler told us that we had to get a radio exchange and it would be over $1,100. I don't think so. Well to make a long story short, a Parts Manager got a hold of somebody where they assemble the radios and sweet talked this gal into sending us just the ****. She got it off the assembly line and sent it free!
So the moral of this story, is to not lose your *****!!
