Bought my place about 4 years ago, built in 1947 so a tiny little 1 car garage, we hacked the side of it off, rebuilt pretty much the whole thing, poured new concrete, and now I have a 2.5. Now I wish I had at least a 3.5, if you have the room, do the biggest one you can
