A 75% and greater wrap is possible on larger pulleys, but at this size it becomes nigh on impossible. You just have to use your imagination to see the problem.
ONLY responding your comment that small pulleys eat belts...I don't see anyone getting a 75% wrap. Isn't enough room... I wouldn't think you would want that much of a wrap anyway. I would think that would eat belts...
